People will tell you that snoring has to do with being heavy, or living an unhealthy lifestyle.
But you’ve lost the weight.
Or tried to clean up your diet. What is it then?
The answer came as a surprise to me too.
The culprit is Soy.
Random, right?
But, it’s true. It’s in the majority of the American diet.
It’s used as a filler, it’s used as a preservative, it’s used as a non-caking agent.
Almost everything you eat has some traces of Soy.
But what makes Soy a problem?
Soy contains compounds which mimic the hormone estrogen in your body.
For women, this is less of a problem because women's bodies are made to handle a lot more estrogen (which is why snoring is less common in women).
For men though, even a tiny amount of extra estrogen affects the tone of the smooth muscles at the back of your throat.
So when you lie down, gravity kicks in, causing your throat to collapse a bit and… you snore.
Eliminate Soy, Eliminate Snoring.

A big reason for that is because many of the foods that are eliminated are addictive like sugar or carbs.
But soy isn’t addictive.
It's only incredibly common, and often hidden.
Fortunately, I’ve discovered the super-power mindset hacks that have worked for me in my own life.
More importantly, they've also worked for my family, and my clients.
How it works:
Module 1: Out With the Old
We'll start by clearing up a lot of old, unhelpful myths about diets and about snoring. We'll take a deep dive into why soy is such a problem, especially for people who struggle with snoring. You'll also discover how it happens that people are eating soy without realizing it, and why it can be so hard to get rid of. You will learn how to recognize Soy on ingredient labels and clear out your pantry, kitchen, car, workspace and any other places that you have stored food you have purchased in the past.
Module 2: In With the New
Now that we've gotten rid of all your old soy-containing foods, you'll need to find replacements. For some of your common foods (like bread) this might be as simple as a change of brand, for others (like soy sauce) it might mean finding a similar-tasting alternative. Our goal for this module is to get you familiar with finding Soy-free foods so your transition to a soy-free lifestyle can be as smooth as possible.
Module 3: Building Your Ship
If you want to stop snoring forever, then this lifestyle change is more of a marathon than a sprint. In this module we'll lay the foundations for your new Soy-free lifestyle. You'll gain some practice prepping and cooking Soy-free meals at home. No worries if you're not a gourmet cook! With the replacement ingredients we found in the last module, soy-free cooking can be a breeze!
Module 4: Crossing the Ocean
Now that you’ve begun to master living “Soy-free at home” we begin practicing your learning on-the-go. You’ll build new habits like keeping convenient snacks on-hand that are safe to eat so hunger doesn’t affect your decision to stick with your Snoring Diet Solution. You’ll also learn the “always safe” go-to’s that make it easy to stay on track when you can’t cook for yourself. In this module you’ll learn when (and how) to say “no”, and most importantly how to put your health first.Â
Module 5: The Finite Game
 By now, you’re getting the hang of Soy-free living, and if you’ve stuck with the plan for at least two weeks then you probably aren’t snoring anymore, yay! Choosing to live Soy-free is easy when you’re in control of your eating choices or cooking for yourself, but what if friends from work want to go out? In this module you'll learn how to navigate social situations, with a focus on eating in restaurants.
Module 6: The Infinite Game
You’re on the home stretch! In the final modules we will tackle the more challenging scenarios and simplify them for you. The last scenario we will cover is social situations like weddings or casual gatherings with friends. This is where you have the least control over “what’s at the table” and where it often takes the most commitment to stick to your plan. In this module you will be equipped with the mindset and tools that will help you navigate social gatherings with ease and confidence.
